Excellent Service - Highly Recommend!
Every 2 years, our company has a conference for our team from around the world. This year we chose to host our event in Ireland. Out of all the venues we initially looked at, the Hilton Dublin had all the amenities that checked our boxes. From the initial contact, to signing the contract, to wrapping up the conference and everything in between, the staff at the hotel was top notch! They were always attentive, warm and friendly. I'd like to thank Louise Coyne (our sales contact) for the quick and detailed work she and her team provided. No request was ever too small and always met with immediate attention. The front desk staff I had the most interaction with (Gary, Josephine, and Melania) were the best I've ever interacted with at any hotel. Gary went above and beyond to help us take our group photo which will be shared with everyone on our team in our company newsletter. We truly appreciated his efforts for that one! Josephine was extremely helpful and has a wonderful sense of humor. Her energy is contagious (in a good way)! Melania was so helpful during our event and was available whenever we needed help with our conference room space. She was such a pleasure to work with. Overall, the staff at this hotel is the absolute best and I highly recommend anyone considering a conference venue to take a look at this hotel.
Oh, and the guest rooms were fantastic as well. They were clean, bright, and had comfy beds. We had a wonderful room and they even left me a welcome gift on the table upon arrival (the brownies were delicious).
