Urban Brewing is a unique concept, the first of its kind in Dublin. It combines a brewery with two kitchens, two bars, and a sunny terrace. We aim to offer an unmatched dining, drinking, and brewing experience, offering great quality products and excellent service in a unique environment. Our dishes are influenced by our journeys around the world and have been crafted using locally sourced ingredients of the highest quality. In our downstairs dining area, formerly known as Stack A is a 200-year-old vaulted where they used to store tea, tobacco & cargo coming into the Dublin docklands. So a brewery & bar is ever so fitting. With the fit-out designed by Carew Kelly Architects and CEL Engineering, this is an architectural masterpiece. Our vaults are suited to intimate small tables, social gatherings, or larger groups of up to 350 people. The layout of the vaults, each separated by centenary brick and stone walls, makes for an unrivalled atmosphere and setting. Serving both lunch and dinner, tapas, group menus, canapes, and a lot more, it is a unique space to bring your relatives, friends, workmates or clients. Our Urban Brewery 40-minute tour experience will take you into the wonderful world of brewing and explain how we make our exclusive Urban Brews. You will learn more about brewing techniques, recipes, flavour combinations and how we create the perfect match of beer and food. The brewery tour is followed by a beer tasting, and you are also welcome to explore our mouth-watering food offering and try a selection of our exquisite beer, wine, and spirits & cocktails.
