Charlotte is from Dublin and has a MSc in Business Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School. Her background in event and relationship management saw her work on large scale events such as Web Summit, Dublin Marathon and UXDX. She joined Fáilte Ireland in 2021 under the Dublin Regional team and in 2023 joined the Meet in Ireland team focusing on International Association Conferences.

Charlotte has always been passionate about travel and experiencing new cultures. Having travelled to more than 40 countries around the world she is always enthusiastic to bring her learnings back to Ireland. 

“I grew up living abroad and this opportunity from such a young age gave me the desire to keep travelling. 

When going abroad as an Irish person, I always feel a sense of pride as it’s not long before you meet someone who says they had the best trip to Ireland and love the people or would like to travel there some day. For a small Island nation we leave a big impact. 

Even though I love travelling, there is nothing like coming back home to Ireland. Between the people, the food and the gorgeous landscapes, it’s hard to beat.”
