Born in Boston, Fallon moved to Ireland at 6 years old and grew up in the bustling tourist town of Dingle, Co. Kerry. Working in hospitality in the town from a young age & meeting people from all over the world ignited her love for the tourism industry in Ireland.

She started her career with the IBEC Global Graduates program, where she worked with Tourism Ireland in their New York office for 2 years. Promoting Ireland abroad was an incredible privilege and experiencing the love that people have for our country is amazing.

Returning to Ireland, Fallon worked in Sales for a 5-star hotel group in Killarney, Co. Kerry before joining the Failte Ireland team in November 2024 where her focus is on International Association Conferences.

Fallon has a Bachelor of Arts in English & Sociology from Trinity College Dublin and a Diploma in Global Business Leadership.
