Celebrated New York cartoonist and writer, Liza Donnelly recently joined the Meet in Ireland team on a trip around Ireland. There were three fun-filled days of exploration, delicious food and of course, sketching the many beautiful venues, experiences and hotels that are available for MICE events in Ireland.

For her trip, Liza dipped into Dublin and its surroundings before travelling across the Wild Atlantic Way where castles, lakes, cliffs and rolling hills abound, drawing as she went.

"Before I visited, I was warned that I would be completely charmed and won over by the people and the countryside […] Alarmingly, it was sunny the entire week I was in Ireland; everywhere I went, I was thanked profusely for bringing the weather."
