This two-day stay in Dublin kicks off with a visit to the home of Ireland’s most famous exports, the Guinness Storehouse. Lunch will be served on-site, while the evening will be spent soaking up some uniquely Irish experiences around the city. Excitement will build at a greyhound racing stadium, conversation will flow in a cosy pub night with traditional music and dancing, and appetites will be satiated with an elegant dinner in a sophisticated Dublin venue. A highlight of the programme is a specially designed Irish Farm Challenge, which sees guests working together to build the largest window in the world out of hay bales, on a working farm in the wilds of County Wicklow. After a welcome breakfast of fresh farm-baked scones and coffee, delegates will tackle the challenge in a large field with over 600 bales of hay, with a motivational speech to inspire team work.
With a lot of hard work, a few adjustments and some very large measurements, the teams survey their achievement, and a well-deserved celebration lunch follows. This fun challenge could be customised to any corporate incentive travel group, to build problem-solving skills and encourage team-building.
